My mother born Laura May Tolhurst, was born in Tenterden in 1904. Her parents were Albert Tolhurst & Laura Harriett Tolhurst. I am seeking if she had any brothers or sisters,and what school she may have gone to.

As your message was posted nearly a year ago, you may now know about your mother’s siblings. But just in case you don’t – my grandfather was one of your mother’s brothers. His name was George. If you would like any further info, please email me on [reveal email] . I have been doing family history research for about 3 years now and it started by trying to find out about George, as my mother did not know anything about his family. George was in First World War from age of 15, suffered severe shell shock and didn’t marry until his 40’s. He worked for Macnade Farm in Faversham.
