Tenterden in Kent Town Guide

James Heath

I am interested in any information about my ancestor JAMES HEATH. He was born abt 1825 and left on the ship the ‘Fairlie’ for NSW Australia in 1848. His family apparently had ‘hops’ farms in Tenterden.

Hello Vicki. I have some information on this.
James Heath’s father was James Catt (born 1800) in Tenterden, Kent.
    His mother was Elizabeth Heath.
He was born out of wedlock.
