It all began in 2018 when we had the idea of opening our first restaurant in Rye, showcasing the beef and potatoes that are raised on the family farm in Romney Marsh.
Over the past 6 years Hoof has expanded leading us to open hoof & hook in Tenterden, allowing us to work with even more local produce from surrounding farms, breweries, cidermakers and vineyards.
We now also bring you local fish and shellfish from the fishing fleets based in Rye and Hastings.
