Tenterden Bowls Club

Tenterden Bowls Club is a long-established sports club founded in 1908, located in the scenic town of Tenterden, Kent. This club is affiliated with Bowls England and the Kent County Bowling Association (KCBA), participating actively in the Weald League and Mermaid Leagues, alongside hosting numerous friendly games and tournaments. The club welcomes members of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players, and provides guidance and necessary equipment for newcomers. No special attire is required initially, except for flat shoes. Club evenings, which are open to both members and prospective members, take place every Thursday during the season, starting at 17:30. The club promotes not only the sport of bowls but also the opportunity to enjoy fresh air, gentle exercise, and social interaction, making it a vibrant community hub for making new friends and enjoying leisure time.
